You may want to think about working with me because you are

  • having a difficult time at work or in your personal life;
  • going through a time of crisis;
  • tired of feeling constantly driven, trapped, afraid and lost;
  • feeling helpless in the face of suffering.

I know from experience how important it is to be really heard.

We can explore ways of moving through those painful feelings, and of finding a new connection with your potential inner health. Through working in this way there is the possibility of gradually recognising and reclaiming your ability to know yourself more fully, to find peace in your heart, and to feel more alive. It is good to discover that you may have some choice about how you experience your life.

If you think you would be interested in working together in this way, please contact me and we can talk about it some more. If we decide to work together, we will meet for six sessions and then decide whether we want to continue.

What is Core Process Psychotherapy?

Core Process Psychotherapy combines modern western approaches to psychotherapy with Buddhist philosophy. It is grounded in the belief that:

  • allowing our experience to be just as it is, even when that experience is difficult or painful may support our natural growth towards wholeness;
  • we all have basic human goodness that has been obscured by our experiences;
  • even in the most desperate and lonely places, our intrinsic health is never lost.

Core Process Psychotherapy may help you re-connect with your inner health by learning to develop awareness of your moment-to-moment experience through your energies, feelings, thoughts and their expressions in the body.

For more information about Core Process Psychotherapy, visit The Karuna Institute.

As a trainee therapist in Core Process Psychotherapy currently working towards full professional accreditation, I charge a reduced fee of £28 for a sixty-minute session.
